A lot of people assume therapy is only for people who are suffering from trauma or are in an ‘emotionally bad place’ but the reality is therapy can be beneficial to anyone regardless of the state of your life or mind.⠀

Counselling or therapy of any sort is definitely something I recommend to everyone, because even if you think you don’t need it, chances are there’s parts of you that actually do.
